Q1. How fast my order will be shipped?
A: Items that are in stock are shipped next day. You will receive a notification via email once the item is shipped. If you selected standard shipping, and shipping address is in Canada, you can expect the packet in next 7 business days. If you selected expedited shipping, you should receive your packet in 2-3 business days. For US addresses, you can expect the packet in next 10 business days for standard shipping and 6 business days for expedited shipping.
Q2: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product I received?
A: Yes, you can. Please return them in original condition to us to OmShanti Mala, 44 Valley Woods Rd, Unit 410, North York, Ontario, Canada - M3A 2R6. After we receive the product, we will refund the money excluding shipping cost back to you (if you used a credit/debit card, it will be refunded back to same card). Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping cost. Read more about our Return Policy here.
Q3: Do you sell your products in a retail store?
A: At this point, our products are available only through our website. In the near future, our products will be available in major yoga studios in and around Toronto area.
Q4: Do you have a separate website for US and Canadian customers? Are the prices given are in Canadian or US dollars?
A: No. We serve our US and Canadian customers through this single website. You can use the currency converter on upper right to change between USD and CAD and the price will be updated as per the selection. Checkout page will show prices only in USD and your credit card will be charged in USD.
Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Occasionally we get orders outside US and Canada. We ship them via Canadian post using standard shipping. It usually takes more than 2 weeks to receive the packet.
Q6: I submitted an order and changed my mind now. What should I do ?
A: Get in touch with us ASAP . If the order is not yet shipped, we can cancel the order. Your credit card won't be charged until we ship the item. If you want to correct the address, contact us at email@example.com. We can fix it if the item is not already shipped.
Q7: My mala broke. Will you replace it ?
A: We make our malas using the high quality cord. But in rare situations, it could break due to excess stress and rough usage. If this happens in the first 2 months of your purchanse, get in touch with us and we can give you a replacement. You need to send us the broken piece with proof of your initial order ( email confirmation received during purchase )
Q8: I would like to resell your products. Will you offer wholesale prices ?
